Removal of a forward suspension bracket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

We work together at a viewing ditch.

Suspension bracket we remove assembled with a steering trapeze and naves.
We hang out a forward part of the car. We substitute under frame longerons two racks of factory manufacturing with a permissible load not less than 2 t (see. Appendices).
We remove wheels (see. Removal of wheels).
We work on the right side of the car.
We disconnect a brake tube from the union on a frame longeron (see. Replacement of a forward brake hose).

We disconnect a stabilizer rack from the bottom lever (see. Stabilizer replacement).

Keys «on 24» we weaken an inhaling of two nuts of fastening of an extension of a suspension bracket to an arm of a frame and we turn on a forward nut.

Holding a head «on 17» a bolt of fastening of an extension to a suspension bracket arm, a key «on 19» we turn on a nut, we take out a bolt and …

… we remove an extension.

Similarly we remove suspension bracket elements on the other side of the car.

We disconnect longitudinal steering draft from a steering soshka (see. Replacement of steering drafts and their hinges).

We raise a jack both bottom the lever until rubber chippers of the top levers will not depart from the emphasis and bolts of fastening of axes of the top levers will not unload.

We disconnect the top levers from suspension bracket arms (see. Removal of the top lever).

We release jacks, allowing springs to be released. Jacks it is left under suspension bracket levers.

Holding a key «on 19» bolts of fastening of the right arm of a suspension bracket to a longeron, a key «on 22» we turn on four nuts.

The same we do on the other side of the car.
Finally we release jacks and …

… we lower a suspension bracket, separating it from a frame.

We establish a suspension bracket in return sequence.

At the broken corners of installation of wheels the increased fuel consumption, wear of tires will be observed, and also controllability of the car will worsen.

After completion of works it is necessary to adjust corners of installation of forward wheels but as the special equipment (the optical stand) for this purpose is necessary, it is better to make it in a specialized workshop.
