Design description

Forward suspension bracket – independent, spring, on double cross-section levers, with one-trumpet gas-filled shock-absorbers and the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

As basis of a suspension bracket the steel tubular beam cross-piece which fastens to frame longerons eight bolts and in addition two extensions serves. In arms of a cross-piece axes on which through сайлентблоки the bottom, shod levers of a suspension bracket are established are pressed. Besides, on arms pendular levers of a steering are established.

The top levers of a suspension bracket, stamped of sheet steel, are established also through сайлентблоки on the axes attached by bolts to arms of a cross-piece.

Springs of a suspension bracket have neshlifovanny basic rounds. The bottom end faces of a spring lean on cups of the bottom levers, and top – through rubber laying – rest against the cups fixed on arms of a cross-piece.

In springs shock-absorbers are placed. In the bottom eye of the shock-absorber the saylentblok which axis is attached by bolts to a cup of the bottom lever is established. The shock-absorber rod through rubber pillows fastens to a cross-piece arm. Shock-absorbers – one-trumpet, gas-filled, not folding design.

For reduction of a list of the car at turns and controllability improvements in a forward suspension bracket the stabilizer of cross-section stability is established. It consists of a bar, two racks, arms, rubber pillows and fixing details.

On an arm of the bottom lever the rubber buffer of compression limiting a course of a suspension bracket up is placed.

The rack of a suspension bracket is connected with top and bottom levers two tight spherical support. To a rack the pin on which two roller conic bearings of a nave of a wheel are established fastens. Adjustment of bearings is made by a nut, a navernuty pin on the carving end. Bearings are greased with the plastic greasing put in a cavity of a nave. They are protected from dirt hit by a cuff from the interior of a wheel and a screw cap outside. In a nave five bolts to which konusny nuts the wheel with the chamber or tubeless tire fastens are pressed. Besides, three screws with secret heads to a nave the disk of a forward brake fastens.

Adjustment of a corner of a longitudinal inclination of an axis of turn of a wheel (kaster) and corner of disorder is made by change of quantity of the special adjusting brackets placed under forward and back by bolts of fastening of an axis of the top lever of a suspension bracket. The convergence of wheels is regulated by change of length of lateral drafts of a steering trapeze. These operations demand the special equipment (the optical stand) therefore should be carried out on HUNDRED. Sizes of corners of a longitudinal inclination and disorder, and also a convergence of wheels are specified at the end of head. In the same place the quantity of adjusting brackets necessary for change of corners of installation of wheels on the demanded size is given.
