Coupling and drive of its switching off
On the car the dry, one-disk, diafragmenny, constantly included coupling with a hydraulic drive of the mechanism of switching off is established.
Coupling consists of an aluminum case, the switching off coupling with the bearing, forks, a press disk assembled with a casing ("basket"), a conducted disk, the main thing and the worker of the cylinders connected among themselves by a hose and a tube.
In a casing of coupling the diafragmenny spring, basic rings and press a disk are established. The spring fixed on a casing, edges presses on press a disk.
The conducted disk consists of a nave with a shlitsevy opening and two disks, to one of which приклепаны lamellar springs. To springs from both parties frictional slips fasten.
The lamellar springs having bends, promote the best prileganiye of a conducted disk to press and to a flywheel and in addition smooth breakthroughs in transmission at coupling inclusion.
For smoother transfer of a torque at a troganiye of the car or gear shifting in windows of disks dempferny springs are established.
The conducted disk nestles on an engine flywheel a press disk of a basket. Through the frictional slips strengthening a friction, a torque it is transferred to a conducted disk and further on primary shaft of a transmission with which the conducted disk is connected by shlitsevy connection.
For a temporary detachment of the engine from transmission the drive of switching off of coupling serves. By pressing a coupling pedal the piston of the main cylinder of a hydraulic actuator moves forward. Forced-out liquid through a hose arrives in the working cylinder, putting forward from it the piston with a rod. The rod influences a shaft of a fork which turns on a spherical support, other end moving on a cover of the bearing of a transmission the coupling of switching off of coupling. The bearing of the coupling presses for the ends of petals of a diafragmenny spring. Being deformed, the spring ceases to operate on press a disk which, in turn, "releases" conducted, and transfer of a torque stops.
The mechanism of coupling is located in an aluminum case which eight bolts fastens to the block of cylinders. To the lower part of a case of coupling for increase in its rigidity two bolts the amplifier fastens. Behind four hairpins of fastening of a transmission are screwed in a case.
The case of coupling takes a seat for the working cylinder of coupling and a window for fork installation.
