Carburetor dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

We remove the carburetor from the engine (see. Carburetor removal).

We remove a spring from draft of an axis of an air zaslonka.

Rasshplintovyvayem the bottom end of draft of an air zaslonka, we remove a washer and we deduce draft from gearing.

We turn on seven screws...

... also we uncover the carburetor.

Between the case and a cover cardboard laying is established.

We assort a carburetor cover, for what:

... also we remove it.

By screw-driver it is turned on three screws of fastening of a cover of the pneumoproof-reader...

... also we uncover the pneumoproof-reader with cardboard laying and a spring.

We deduce from gearing...

... also we remove draft with a membrane.

We turn on the screw...

... also we remove a spray эконостата.

Having washed out the removed details in solvent (acetone), we collect a carburetor cover.

Do not allow solvent hit on rubber and plastic details of the carburetor.

For dismantling of the case of the carburetor...

... we turn on two screws...

... also we separate the carburetor case from the case of butterfly valves.

We remove plastic and two cardboard laying.

We turn on the screw stopper...

... also we take out a float axis with a washer, a float and a valve needle.

Head «on 10» we turn on a saddle of the needle valve and we take out it together with a sealing washer.

Key «on 22» we turn on the screw...

... we take out it and we remove the fuel filter.

We remove the case of the filter and sealing washers.

We turn on and take out two fuel jets of the main dosing-out system.

We turn on the screw and we remove a spray of the first chamber with a sealing washer.

We turn on two air jets of the main dosing-out system...

... also we take out emulsion tubes. Tube of the first chamber longer.

We turn on and take out the block of jets of system of idling with an emulsion tube.

We turn on and take out an air jet of system of idling.

Key «on 12» we turn on a stopper...

... and the screw-driver turned on an emulsion jet of system of the idling, established in deepening.

Similarly from the opposite side of the carburetor we turn on and we take out air and emulsion jets of transitional system.

Tapping with the plastic handle of a screw-driver on a small diffuzor...

... we beat out it from a seat together with a spring and laying.

As we take out the second diffuzor.

We turn on the screw...

... also we take out from the channel of the accelerating pump a vytesnitel. Under it the ball valve of the accelerating pump settles down. Having overturned the case, we take a ball from the channel.

We wrap against the stop the adjusting screw of the accelerating pump, including number of turns. At assembly it will help to restore former (factory) adjustment.

We turn on and take out the adjusting screw with a sealing rubber ring.

We turn on four screws...

... also we uncover the accelerating pump with a membrane and a spring.

Between a membrane and a cover cardboard laying is established.

For dismantling of the case of butterfly valves...

... we turn on three screws...

... also we remove the case of an ekonomayzer of compulsory idling with laying.

We turn out the screw of adjustment of structure of a mix ("quality")...

... and screw of operational adjustment ("quantity").

We turn on two screws...

... also we remove from the case the valve of an ekonomayzer of compulsory idling.

We turn on two more screws...

... also we uncover with sealing laying.

Key «on 6» we turn on a nut...

... we remove a membrane from a rod and we take out a rod from the case.

Metal details of the carburetor are well washed from deposits by acetone, but it is possible to use solvents for No. No. 646, 647, 649, 650 nitropaints or toluene.

Hit of solvents on plastic or rubber details is not allowed.

Before assembly it is blown by the compressed air of a detail of the case and we blow all channels.
After assembly of the carburetor we check fuel level in the poplavkovy chamber (see. Adjustment of level of fuel).
To check level of fuel it is possible and before carburetor installation on the car. For this purpose it is necessary to establish the carburetor case on the horizontal plane. The rubber petrolresistant hose in which any make-shift, for example, a syringe we create small superfluous pressure of fuel is put on the fuel union of the carburetor.
It is possible to lift simply the hose end on height of 30-40 cm and to fill in in it fuel through a funnel. This pressure will be quite enough for filling of the poplavkovy chamber and carrying out measurements.
